| Wayne
M. Chiurazzi
is a 1991 graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law,
and has been actively practicing law in the Western
Pennsylvania area for the past 18 years.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Western
Pennsylvania Bar Association wherein he sits on the Board of
Governors, the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Florida Bar
Association. He is active in such groups as ACHIEVA (formerly
ARC Allegheny). He serves on the board of The Family Trust
which is one of the corporations of ACHIEVA. The Family Trust
provides financial and estate planning for
individuals with disabilities and their families. He
has also been elected to the board of ARC-Washington
also benefiting those individuals with disabilities.
His practice concentrates in all aspects of
litigation for plaintiffs and defendants, commercial
law, estates andtrusts, small business

formation, labor law, workers’ compensation, social security disability,
collection matters, criminal law, construction litigation, and
estate administration. He is admitted in all state and
federal courts in Pennsylvania, the state of Florida and the
United States Supreme Court. He has lectured for the
Allegheny County Bar Association.
Mr. Chiurazzi was elected to and is a member of the prestigious
Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County which comprises
only 250 active fellows.
Mr. Chiurazzi is married with two children and resides in Nevillewood. |

| Anthony C. Mengine is
1988 graduate of Boston College where he earned his B.A. in
Economics. He is a 1991 graduate of the University of
Pittsburgh School of Law, and has been actively practicing law in
the Western Pennsylvania area for the past 18 years. He is an
active member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar
Association, Allegheny County Bar Association and Western
Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted in the
state and federal courts. His areas of practice include Estate
Administration and Trusts, General Litigation for both Plaintiffs
and Defendants, Employment issues for both the employer and
employee, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and Criminal.
Mr. Mengine
